Our listings comply with GPSR!

Our listings published in Europe comply with the GPSR regulations effective from December 13, 2024.
We include all legally required details in the listings, such as: manufacturer information, EU representatives, hazardous materials statements, safety warnings, and energy labels.
There is also a setting that allows you to automatically block the import of products lacking the necessary data to be GPSR compliant. This option can be enabled or disabled based on your preferences.

How much can I earn with Droopify?: We can't guarantee a minimum income, as results vary depending on several factors: the time you dedicate to managing your store, the quantity and quality of products selected, and the country in which you operate.

As with any business, the law of large numbers applies: the more products you have, the more chances you have to make sales. For this reason, choosing a higher plan that allows you to manage more items significantly increases your earning potential.

From data we've gathered from our customers, smaller plans — up to 2,000 products — have generated over €5,000 in sales. More advanced plans have achieved much higher sales volumes and profits, thanks to the ability to scale more effectively.

With Droopify you have all the tools to grow: it's up to you how much you want to invest in your business.
Is there a Free Trial available for Droopify?: Yes, there is a 14-day free trial available for all plans up to 1,400 products. This lets you test all platform features and evaluate whether Droopify is a good fit for your business.

You can cancel the renewal at any time before the trial ends. After 14 days, if no cancellation is made, the selected plan will be automatically charged to the payment method used during registration.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?: Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time before renewal. Otherwise, the plan cost will be automatically charged to the associated payment method.

Please note that no refunds are issued if the cancellation is not made within the deadline.
How much time do I need to manage my eBay stores with Droopify?: Managing your stores with Droopify is designed to be simple and quick: product research and order fulfillment can take only a few minutes a day. However, the total time needed may vary based on the size and number of stores you manage.

Additionally, customer support tasks may impact your daily workload.
Is there a Mobile App available?: Yes, there is an iOS app that lets you manage your stores directly from your iPhone. You’ll receive real-time notifications about sales, messages, feedback, and more.

For those using a non-Apple tablet or smartphone, you can easily access and manage your stores directly from the mobile browser, fully optimized for mobile use.
Which eBay marketplaces (regions) are supported by Droopify?: Droopify supports all eBay marketplaces (regions), allowing you to sell in any region supported by the platform.

You can use Droopify to manage stores on eBay Italy, eBay UK, eBay Germany, eBay France, and many more, with no limitations.
How many eBay stores can I manage at once with Droopify?: With Droopify you can manage multiple eBay accounts simultaneously, depending on the plan you choose. The 200 product plan allows managing 1 account, while the 400 product plan allows up to 3. From the 800 product plan and up, there are no limits: you can link an unlimited number of eBay stores.

There is also an optional feature that allows you to publish only unique products to each store, preventing duplicate listings across accounts in accordance with eBay policies.
How much does it cost to convert tracking numbers with Droopify?: Tracking number conversion with Droopify costs 1.5 credits via Aquiline Tracking or 1 credit via Blue Care Express.

If your available credits are depleted, the tracking number will not be converted automatically.
What happens if I run out of free tracking credits included in my plan?: If you run out of free tracking credits included in your monthly plan, you'll need to wait for the next plan renewal to receive new ones.

Alternatively, you can purchase additional credit packages directly within the platform. Unlike credits included in your plan, purchased credits do not expire and remain available until used.
Does Droopify have Customer Support?: Yes, Droopify offers dedicated customer support, available via live chat on the website or through WhatsApp. You can contact us for anything: questions about platform usage, technical issues, order assistance, or suggestions.

A support agent will typically respond to your request within 24 hours.
