The latest updates from Droopify

In recent weeks, the Droopify team has released and updated numerous features within the platform, introducing concrete improvements designed to make managing dropshipping on eBay even more efficient, customizable, and easy to use.
These updates do not focus solely on the visual aspect, but also involve infrastructure, process automation, and advanced configuration options for each individual user.

New Home Page

The Home page of the Droopify dashboard has been completely redesigned, both graphically and functionally.
The goal of this update is to turn the Home into a true operational control center, no longer just an informational screen.

In addition to new and more relevant analytical data, some now-obsolete indicators have been removed. The main new feature is the introduction of the “Ongoing Orders” panel, which clearly and immediately shows how many operational tasks need to be completed to correctly manage received orders.
This allows users to always know what needs to be done and with what priority, reducing errors, oversights, and overall handling time.

2 new suppliers added in Beta

After months of development and infrastructure preparation, Droopify has opened the platform to support new suppliers, significantly expanding product sourcing possibilities.

Currently, in addition to Amazon, the following suppliers have been introduced:

 • Douglas / Nocibe.fr – Online perfumeries, with support for all European regions
 • AliExpress – Support for all regions

These suppliers were internally tested for a long period and are now publicly available in beta phase, meaning an open testing phase for users. During this phase, malfunctions or unexpected behavior may occur.

Important note:
Since this is a public beta, we kindly ask users to collaborate by reporting any bugs or errors to our support team, so we can quickly improve system stability.

At the moment, the Winning Products section does not yet include products from AliExpress or Douglas, as it is currently being updated to properly support the new suppliers.

For now, the only available method to import products from these suppliers is manual import via direct product link.
Simply copy the product page URL and paste it into the dedicated import section.

Importing via the Chrome extension is currently under development and will be released as soon as possible.

At present, Droopify does not yet have automatic order fulfillment features for AliExpress and Douglas, so any sales must currently be handled 100% manually by users. We are already working on automated order fulfillment systems, both via Chrome extension and other solutions.

Ability to use custom policies

Within the eBay account settings, it is now possible to configure custom policies for:

 • Shipping
 • Payment
 • Returns

This feature allows users to fully adapt listings to their own sales strategies and the specific rules of their eBay account, making the experience on Droopify even more flexible and professional.

Policies can be managed directly from the dashboard and automatically applied to listings, eliminating repetitive manual configurations.

Important note:
These settings are recommended for users who need to use custom policies. They are not mandatory; if omitted, Droopify will continue to automatically manage user policies.

Product dimensions added to eBay listings

A feature has been introduced that automatically includes product dimensions within eBay listings, using the correct unit of measurement based on the sales region.

This improvement helps to:

 • make listings more complete and professional
 • reduce buyer questions
 • decrease the risk of returns due to unclear information

Currently, this feature is available only for products imported from Amazon.
Support for other suppliers is already under development and will be released soon.

Uploading custom images for listings

Droopify now supports the upload of custom images for products present both in drafts and inventory.

This feature allows users to:

 • use proprietary images
 • improve the visual quality of listings
 • stand out from competitors using standard images

To upload custom images, simply go to the product edit page, open the images section, and use the dedicated button to upload one or more files directly from your computer.

Improved bulk actions in inventory

The logic of bulk actions in the inventory has been completely redesigned to ensure significantly higher performance.

Bulk operations, such as editing prices, quantities, or listing settings, are now:

 • faster
 • more reliable
 • trackable in real time

During execution, users can view the operation’s progress status and an estimate of the remaining time before completion, providing full control and transparency over every process.

Conclusion

The latest Droopify updates represent an important step forward toward an increasingly complete, flexible, and productivity-oriented platform.
The Home redesign provides an immediate overview of operational status, while the introduction of new suppliers in beta opens up interesting opportunities to expand product catalogs and diversify sourcing strategies.

Custom policies, automatic dimensions in listings, and the ability to upload proprietary images allow users to work in a more professional way aligned with eBay best practices. At the same time, improvements to bulk actions make inventory management far more efficient, especially for those dealing with large product volumes.

Droopify continues to evolve by listening to user feedback and investing in development and infrastructure. These updates are not just technical improvements, but concrete tools designed to reduce operational time, increase control, and make dropshipping an increasingly automated and sustainable long-term business.
