Delegated access allows a coach, mentor, or collaborator to access your Droopify account without knowing your password. It's designed for people who work with a coach in eBay dropshipping: the collaborator can see your data and optimize listings, but can't modify the plan or access payments.
Go to Settings → Profile & Billing. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. The change is immediate and the cost difference is calculated proportionally.
Yes. In the Profile & Billing section, you'll find the complete invoice history. You can download them as PDFs at any time.
No. The authorized collaborator cannot access payment details, modify the plan, or manage billing. These areas remain visible only to the account owner.
In the Security & Access section, you'll find the Active Authorizations panel with all authorized collaborators. Click Revoke Authorization and access is removed immediately.
