When the supplier assigns a tracking code to the order, Droopify automatically converts it into a universal code, a tracking link recognized by eBay. The converted code is uploaded to the eBay order. The customer follows the shipment from a single link regardless of the carrier used by the supplier.

In dropshipping, suppliers ship with different carriers, often with codes not recognized by the platform. Without conversion, the customer can't track the package and may open disputes. The Aquiline code solves this problem at the root.

Each conversion uses 1.5 credits. All Droopify plans include monthly credits: from 50 credits per month (Starter plan) up to 2,700 credits per month (Professional 50K plan). If you run out of credits before month's end, you can purchase extra packs starting at €5.99 for 25 credits, with decreasing prices for larger quantities.
