This documentation explains in detail how to connect a new eBay account to the Droopify platform.
The process is simple and guided directly from the dashboard interface.
The goal is to allow the user to integrate their eBay account with Droopify in just a few steps, so that the products already listed on eBay are automatically synchronized and made available for management within the system.

How to Add a New eBay Account to Droopify

To add a new eBay account on Droopify, you need to access the dedicated section in the settings.

1. Go to the Settings → eBay & Amazon page.
2. In the eBay Accounts section, click the blue button at the top right “Add eBay Account”.
3. After clicking, you will be redirected to eBay’s official login page.
4. Enter the credentials of the eBay account you want to connect and complete the login process.
5. Once the login is complete, the account will be automatically connected to Droopify.

Once added, the account will be visible in the eBay section of Droopify.
All products already listed on eBay will be automatically imported into the Inventory → Untracked Products section.
This way, you can start managing and monitoring them directly from Droopify without having to re-enter them manually.
