Have you imported drafts and think they were uploaded to the wrong eBay store?
This can happen for the following reason.
You did not select the eBay store as "Main"
By default, all drafts are associated with the eBay account marked as "Main".
If you have not correctly set the desired store as primary, drafts will automatically be imported into another eBay account.
How to fix it
Follow these steps to ensure that drafts are imported into the correct store:
- Log in to your Droopify dashboard.
- At the top left, above the navigation bar and next to your name, you will find the icons of your connected eBay stores.
- Click on the store icon to open the "Manage eBay Account" panel.
- Select the eBay store where you want to import drafts: a yellow tag with the label "Main" will appear next to the name.
- Confirm your choice by clicking the blue "Apply Changes" button.
- Once the changes are applied, all future drafts will be imported exclusively into the eBay store selected as primary.
