FAQ -> Drafts and Listings

Why do I see a higher number of products than those actually published?

This page explains in detail how Droopify counts products, clarifying why the total number may include drafts, listings, and variants in addition to published products. The goal is to provide a clear reference to correctly understand the inventory limits.

Why do I see a higher number of products than those actually published?

In Droopify, the product count does not include only published ones but also takes into account drafts, listings, and variants. This means that the total number displayed may be higher than the products actually published on eBay.

For example:
If you have 10 drafts and 10 grouped listings, and each listing contains 3 variants, the calculation will be as follows:

  • 10 drafts
  • 10 listings x 3 variants = 30 variants
  • Total: 40 products
