Tracking Conversion Cost

• Aquiline Tracking: 1.5 credits per conversion
• BlueCareExpress: 1.2 credits per conversion

Extra tracking conversion credit packages

If you run out of the monthly credits included in your plan, you can purchase additional packages directly from the Settings section of the dashboard. Extra credits have no expiration and remain available until used.

How are payments made?

The Droopify plan payment is automatically charged every month to the payment method chosen at the time of subscription.

If a payment is pending or not completed, you cannot change the plan. In this case, you will first need to settle the outstanding amount.
Plan changes can only occur when the subscription is active and not blocked due to pending payment.

As for extra credits, payment is not recurring but made as a one-time payment. This means that the purchased credits are delivered once at the time of payment and are not renewed monthly.

Additional information for migrating from your current software to Droopify

If you wish to migrate from other software such as AutoDS, HustleGotReal, Dilato, TrackerBot, Easync, or similar, you will be asked to provide some key information:

• Number of eBay stores owned
• Number of products per account and total overall
• Software currently in use
• Average number of monthly orders received
