Why can't I see the imported drafts?
If you have imported drafts but you don’t see them in the "Drafts" section of your Droopify dashboard, the most common causes can be two.
1. You have reached the product limit in Droopify
Droopify has inventory limits that include:
- Drafts
- Listings
- Variants
If you have reached this limit, it won’t be possible to view additional drafts until you free up space or upgrade your plan.
Possible solutions:
- Delete some existing products.
- Upgrade to a higher plan to increase the maximum allowed limit.
2. You are not viewing the correct eBay store
In some cases, you may not see the drafts because you are not viewing the eBay store where you imported them.
To fix this:
- Go to your Droopify dashboard.
- At the top left, above the navigation bar and to the right of your name, you will find the icons of your eBay stores.
- By clicking on them, the "Manage eBay Accounts" panel will open.
- Check the eBay store you want to view.
- Confirm your choice by clicking the blue "Apply Changes" button.
- After applying the changes, the drafts from the enabled stores will be visible in the dedicated section.
