Overview
This section describes the bulk management features for Drafts. Through a floating bar, you can select, organize, and perform simultaneous actions on multiple Drafts, greatly simplifying the workflow. The goal is to allow the user to optimize time and operations while maintaining full control over uploading, deleting, scheduling, and managing eBay accounts.
Selection and Management of Drafts
When one or more Drafts are selected, a floating bar appears at the bottom of the screen. This allows bulk actions to be performed on the selected Drafts.
Selecting Drafts
- Click the square next to a Draft to select it.
- You can select both single Drafts and Drafts with variants.
- Once selected, the Drafts will be highlighted and manageable from the floating bar.
Select and Deselect All
- You can deselect all Drafts with a single click.
- If there is no selection, you can select all Drafts shown on the page.
Number of Selected Drafts
- After selection, a blue circular indicator shows the total number of Drafts currently selected.
Actions Available in the Floating Bar

| Upload Drafts | Instantly uploads all selected Drafts to eBay. |
| Delete Drafts | Permanently deletes the selected Drafts. Warning: this action is irreversible. |
| Schedule Upload | Allows you to schedule publishing on eBay. A popup menu opens with two modes: • Same Date: upload all Drafts at the same time. • Sequentially: upload Drafts one after another with a specific interval (e.g., 2 Drafts every 6 hours). |
| Change eBay Accounts | Allows you to change the eBay account on which to upload the selected Drafts. A popup menu opens to choose the account. |
