This section of the documentation describes in detail how to edit a single listing or a variant on eBay through the platform.
It illustrates the different available sections, the features, and the fields that can be updated, with clear explanations supported by visual examples.
How to Edit a Single Listing or Variant
To edit a listing, click on the yellow pencil-shaped icon next to the desired listing. A pop-up will open allowing you to update the listing details.
"Single Product" Section
This section contains the main fields of the listing. You can update the most relevant aspects of the listing.

Warehouse Location | ❌ | Warehouse city. |
Shipping Time | ❌ | Shipping times calculated based on the supplier. |

"Template" Section
Allows you to choose the graphic template to apply to the listing. If not selected, the default one will be applied automatically.

"Images" Section
This section allows you to manage the product images, remove them, or change their display order to improve the listing presentation.
"Specifications" Section
Displays the product specifications imported from the supplier. You can modify them, but it is recommended to keep them consistent with the original information.

"Automation" Section
In this section, you can configure advanced settings for price and publishing automation.

Price Variation Type | Profit calculation method. - Unit: fixed profit (e.g. €2). - %: profit percentage based on purchase price (ROI). |
Price Cents | Defines mandatory cents for the final price (e.g. .99, .49). |
Profit Percentage/Unit | Sets the percentage or unit of profit to be gained from the sale. |
Note:
Once these fields are modified, the customized settings will always be used for calculating the product profit.
Even if general settings are changed in the future, the product will retain its customized configurations.
To restore the general settings, use the red "Reset" button next to "Save Changes".
"Analytics" Section
Allows you to monitor the performance of the listing through two charts:
- Monthly Views: shows how many times the listing was opened each day.
- Monthly Impressions: indicates how many times the listing appeared in search results or among recommended products on eBay.
How to Reset a Listing
When a field of the listing is modified, a yellow tag with the wording "(Modified)" will appear next to it.
In addition, near the "Save Changes" button, a red "Reset" button will appear. By pressing it, the listing will be restored to the general settings.
