How to change the payment method on Droopify

To update the payment method associated with your Droopify subscription, follow these steps carefully:


Steps to update the payment method

  1. Open the Settings menu and select Profile and Billing.
  2. Inside the Contact Information panel, find and click the blue Manage Billing Information button.
  3. You will be automatically redirected to the subscription management page on our payment provider Stripe.
  4. From this page, you can update all billing details, including the payment method used for your subscription.
