How to change the payment method on Droopify
To update the payment method associated with your Droopify subscription, follow these steps carefully:
Steps to update the payment method
- Open the Settings menu and select Profile and Billing.
- Inside the Contact Information panel, find and click the blue Manage Billing Information button.
- You will be automatically redirected to the subscription management page on our payment provider Stripe.
- From this page, you can update all billing details, including the payment method used for your subscription.
