Plan upgrade

If you decide to switch to a higher plan, you will only be charged the difference between your current plan and the higher plan, calculated based on the remaining days until the end of the month.

Practical example (with hypothetical plans):

SituationCharge calculationAmount to pay
Current plan €100 → new plan €200, renewal in 30 days200 - 100 = full difference€100
Current plan €100 → new plan €200, renewal in 14 days200 - 100 = €100, prorated for half a month~€50

Plan downgrade

If you decide to switch to a lower plan, you will not be charged anything at the time of the change. The new lower plan amount will only apply at the end of the current month.

Please note:
It is not possible to downgrade or upgrade your plan if the monthly payment has failed. To proceed, you will need to settle the payment first and then modify the plan.
