Profile and Billing Page

"Your Plan" Panel

In this panel, you can fully view and manage your Droopify subscription:

  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan according to your needs
  • Cancel your subscription at any time
  • Check and edit the settings related to your chosen plan

Note:
If you want to upgrade your plan but, for example, there are still 15 days left until renewal, don’t worry. By upgrading the plan, you will only be charged the difference between the two plans in relation to the days remaining until renewal. You will not be charged the full amount of the new plan.

"Contact Informations" Panel

This section allows you to update and manage your personal and billing details:

  • Update your billing address
  • Manage the associated payment method

"Credit Balance" Panel

In this section you can:

  • View the balance of available credits
  • Purchase extra credits

Note:
Monthly credits are renewed every month. For example, if you have a plan with 50 monthly credits and at the time of renewal you still have 10 left, the balance will reset to 50 and will not be added to the leftover credits.
Extra purchased credits, on the other hand, do not expire. During tracking conversions, monthly credits will always be used first, and only once they are exhausted will extra credits be used.

"Credit History" Panel

The Credit History panel allows you to:

  • Review all transactions and payments made with credits for tracking code conversion
  • Export the transaction history in .csv format to analyze in detail where and when conversion credits were used

This feature allows you to always keep track of the history of operations related to credits.

"Export Data" Panel

Through this panel, you can export your account data in .csv or Excel format. Exportable data includes:

  • Listings
  • Orders
  • Cancellations

This feature is particularly useful for creating detailed reports or analyzing data offline.

Conclusion

The "Profile and Billing" section provides all the tools needed to easily and transparently manage your subscription, payment information, credits, and data export. Thanks to these features, every user always has full control over their Droopify account.
