FAQ - Amazon Order History
Why are my orders no longer showing in my Amazon order history?
When an Amazon account is suspended or banned, orders are not actually deleted but simply hidden.
This means they are no longer visible from your personal profile, but they remain stored and retained within Amazon’s internal systems.
Can I keep using the account without an order history?
Yes. If not having access to your order history isn’t a problem for you, you can continue using the account in its current state with no additional limitations, except that you won’t be able to view past orders.
How can I recover my orders?
If you need to recover your order history, simply contact Amazon Customer Support, explain your situation, and request the restoration of visibility for your history.
This way, your orders will be restored and will reappear in your profile.
